woah, thats a pretty good card, im gonna be making a red/white deck based around Fortune Thief with Near Death Experience, (and i might throw in Angels Grace? )
and another combo ima have in it, (for a 2 turn win condition )

inside out might work better, becuase you can draw an extra card to avoid a one drop tundra wolves or boros recruit killing your creature on the tireless tribe combo

but its a 2 turn win condition,

people dont USALLY use mono blue decks,
so, not much of a chance that they'd be ABLE to counter by the times it ur 2nd turn,
they only could if they went first,
assuming its specifically a counterspell in their hand...

People use mono-blue decks all the time. even if not, theres a GREAT chance that they'll counter cards like Daze or Force Of Will dont even NEED mono blue, and even then if it's a budget deck, Mana Leak.
