Inspirator, I love this word!-)



Basically this combo provides infinite mana of any color and damage. Of course you may add or remove creatures which give you a benefit for tapping.

Edit: If you only need infinite u or g mana then Bloom Tender is a good substitution for the Elder and Disciple.

Instead of the vitalize you can keep it mono blue with this:

In addition your artifacts and other nonland permanents untap as well. A sol ring and you have infinite untaps of nonland permanents...
