First of all, I apologize for being repetitive and boring. Now I can describe the combo:

I saw that beautiful weird creature in the gatherer thus I tried to figure out a way to cast a spell infinite times. Since I don't have a lot of imagination, I first thought to Elite Arcanist and something which can untap permanents, such Toils of Night and Day. Training grounds is there to make all possible.

Have all in play and Toils of N&D exiled. Pay 1 mana to cast the instant with Elite Arcanist, targeting the arcanist itself and any land. Rinse and repeat.

I'll give you a bonus point because of the pseudo-moebius in the art of the spell you're casting over and over.

This Combo has potential.
Some cloudposts or any land providing 2 or more mana would be nice to gain infinite mana.
Also paradise mantle equipped on the Blistercoil Weird would provide infinite mana of any color and allows you to target a Razorfin Hunter for untapping instead of a land.
Something like Fire Whip enchanted or equipped on the Blistercoil Weird is also an instant win.

Thank you! And don't forget any storm spell, such as Brain Freeze or Grapeshot!
