Activate Deadeye navigators ability on any of your creatures, with this ability on the stack activate the Djinn. Ultimately you steal any non-legendary creature you opponent controls but get your creature back. There are many "blink" options to use in place of navigator, Cloudstone curio, conjurers closet, nephalia smuggler etc.

Why not make the other creature Deceiver Exarch, so you can untap the Djinn when it returns to the field?

Untapping wouldn't do much with summoning sickness, as well as the creature comes onto the battlefield untapped, right? Lightning Greaves would let you be an even bigger dick with shroud and haste for the Djinn.
