Cast Fated Infatuation on Archaeomancer and then, when the copy enters the batterfield, return it from your graveyard to your hand. You can repeat as many times as you can and every time you can scry 2. I know there are better cards with similar effects (e.g. Mystic Speculation) but this is standard legal.

Also noticed that, since Fated Infatuation is an instant spell, it can be compared with Snapcaster mage which costs only 1 less.

If you add exiling fated infatuation, you can return any instant or sorcery from your graveyard, scry 2 and put a token into play, only for 3 mana per turn!

Personally, I am liking Fated Infatuation and Cackling Counterpart with Artisan of Forms. Bypasses their normal "creature you control" restriction, and makes for some fun antics when you turn her into something their kill spell can't hit.

Please, let me understand. When you target Artisan of forms with Fated Infatuation, you can have Artisan becoming a copy of an opponent's creature and then put a token into play that's a copy itself of that creature (both with the additional ability of artisan). Am I correct? I am planning to make a standard mono-blue deck with these cards and the Artisan seems fun to play.

Gatherer ruling says that if a creature becomes a copy of Artisan of Forms, it does get the triggered ability, even if the Artisan is copying something else. I believe that includes tokens. I only play online anymore, and never bothered aiming at one of the tokens to test it.
