When you cast Elite Arcanist you exile the instant Burst of Strength, the Elite Arcanist uses for it's ability, when you cast its copy target Arcanist and it gets a +1/+1 counter plus gets to untap, thus you can buff Arcanist for as many land you have, the more land the better.
