With Endless Whispers out, cast Phyrexian Dreadnought, sacrificing nothing to it.

At the end of the turn, Endless Whispers will return it to your opponent's side of the field, where its sacrifice trigger will stack again.

Before that resolves, hit it with Tainted Strike to make it a 13/12 with infect, then Backlash to make it hit its new controller for 13 poison counters.
