Of course, you don\'t really need the Nephilim, but it\'s more fun with it. Cast gigadrowse and replicate it as many times as you can, targeting the Nephilim. For each time you do this, copy the spell for each creature in play. When all the spells are on the stack, exile them with the Nivmagus and get twice +1/+1. Attack.

The Ink-Treader only triggers once here, as you only actually cast one spell. The replicate effect just makes direct copies. Still potential for a lot of Nivmagus chow, but not as much as you might hope.
That said, the other issue is you may WANT to let the copies resolve to tap blockers and get them out of the way. Otherwise your super Nivmagus is going to get chump blocked by a sheep token or something.

For sure I want to let some copies resolve! what a pity for the Nephilim, but replicate is still great with Nivmagus.
I have a question: when you copy the spell targeting ITN, can you chose the order of the copies on the stack? To be more clear, can you chose to let resolve some spells and then cast something or activate an ability in response? I thought about Sundial of the infinite in a combo involving the Neph and any instant that destroys or exiles target creature.

I believe you would have to be allowed to choose the stacking order. The copied spells can't all resolve at once, after all.
