Have the Wurm out and the Trader .... give your opponent the wurm ... send the wurm to a journey ... and when it comes back ... hell breaks loose ... and with the path you get your nice little wurm back XD

I think it doesn't work, because it would come back from exile under its owner's control (you). Maybe there is a way to make it work.

Also the Homeward Path makes all Players get their creatures back.

stifle the ability as you play the wurm, sac it with endless whisper on the field, bounce the wurm to hand before it dies again
