Hakim allows you to pull auras back from the grave to himself. Ordeal of Thassa seems a perfect candidate for it.

Assuming that you have Flight of Fancy several times in your graveyard and say 10 blue mana. then, in your upkeep you activate the second Hakim ability first and stack the first ability several times.
then, on Resolution 4 Flight of Fancy will enter the battlefield attached to Hakim let you 8 Cards to draw.

I have a question about Ordeal of Thassa: assuming that the creature already has 3 +1/+1 counters, does it enter the batterfield and be instantly sacrified or you have to declare attack in order to trigger the ability?

It checks during the trigger to put a counter on the creature.

So it would work only once, allowing you to put a counter and draw two cards during your attack step?
