Cast Prossh, get kobold tokens.
Sacrifice Prossh and enough kobold tokens to get the RGB cost of Prossh.
Recast Prossh for two more mana, creating even more Kobolds. Continue until you have all the kobolds you want, and therefore all the mana usable whenever you want.

Academic did a similar version using ashnods altar. This is still good, though
