Donate the Notion Thief to your opponent when ready with the rest on the field.

Then activate Griselbrand's ability. Your opponent will draw the seven cards, lose seven life from the Underworld Dreams, gaining you back your seven life thanks to Exquisite Blood.

Repeat until your opponent is either dead or milled.
