Okay, so equip our good buddy the Bairn, with 2 of the greatest equipments of all time. Tap to add a mana, use one of that and a land, or any mana doubling combo, to double the counters. Add in the Doubling Enchantments and whenever you cast a PW, you can instantly use its ability. I know this is dumb, but still, fun to have.

if you're just worried about doubling counters on jace or any other PW, you can just cast doubling season first then Jace would enter with eight LCs instead of four

I wasn't worried about just Jace. Just any PW. Nissa and Kiora come to mind. They start off low. But yes, just casting DS is just a good idea.
