Simple and features a lot of cards that run in the same decks. Everflowing Chalice is meant to represent Astral Cornucopia from BNG.
T1: Land, drop Surge Node
T2: Land, drop Astral Cornucopia (or Chalice) for 0, Surge Node to move a counter onto Astral Cornucopia (just in case Surge Node gets killed)
T3: Land, cast Dismantle targeting Surge Node, when it resolves move the counters to Cornucopia which can now tap for 6 additional mana each turn including this one!
