Without the Bracers on the Triskelion this would be "infinite" life.
With the bracers you add infinite damage to any target.

I don't see why you would need the bracers, you to drain 1 life per activation.
Remove a counter, (2 left)
hit opp's head for 1,
gain 1,
get another counter.
(Aditionally getting something one would describe as a big-ass angel)

The only thing I could imagine needing the Bracers for is if you're shooting Planeswalkers. Otherwise, everything else you could want to hit will give you life and activate the angel.
