Get all out, then start activating the Devoted Druid. It puts a -1/-1 on itself, triggering the Flourishing Defenses to give you an elf token, which triggers the Cathars' Crusade to put a +1/+1 on every creature you control, erasing the -1/-1 from the Devoted Druid.

Infinite mana and creature tokens of increasing sizes.
