A fusion of two older combos.
On your turn, tap your lands for mana in response to the triggers, then stack the Sands of Time then Tangle Wire. Tangle Wire will tap however many permanents you control that it has to, and the Sands will untap them all.

On your opponent(s) turn(s), stack the Tangle Wire then the Sands of Time, so the Sands reverse what they have untapped, and the Tangle Wire taps them all down again.

The Gilder Bairn, between the tapping and untapping, should be able to put the Tangle Wire's counters high enough to never leave something untapped on their field.

Add a Frozen Aether to make sure that NOTHING is ever untapped on their battlefield (for long anyway).
