I found this by adapting Dusk's combo.

First turn: Play a forest to play Skyshroud Ranger.
2nd:Play a second mana producing land, tap it to play an Amulet of Vigor. After this, tap Skyshroud Ranger to put Simic Growth Chamber onto the battlefield. Tap it and the forest to play Tideforce Elemental. Simic Growth Chamber returns itself to your hand.
3rd:Play the second Amulet of Vigor. Tap the Ranger to put the Chamber into play. Tap Simic Growth Chamber twice (once for each Amulet) and then have it return itself to your hand. Use Tideforce Elemental and U of the UUGG you got from the Chamber to untap the Ranger. Begin the at the second sentence of the 3rd turn, as you now have infinite green and blue mana.
