Note: I have not invented this combo. I saw it on another site and I guess if it really works like described (if so, it's cool):
"The combo seems obvious, 3 mana in turn 2 is pretty nice, but if you get multiple amulet's on the field you are actually allowed to tap your lands for mana inbetween the triggers of each Amulet of Vigor, this is because mana abilities don't use the stack, while triggered abilities do. for example, if you have 2 amulet's of vigor on the battlefield and you play a dimir aqueduct. The 2 triggers of both amulet's go on the stack, resolving individually. After the first resolve you can tap for UB in your mana pool, and then untap your land because of the second Amulet of Vigor, giving you UUBB in your mana pool possibly as soon as turn 2 hits."
""first turn: land and amulet; second turn: amulet then bounce the tapped land playing aqueduct, both amulets hit the stack, after the first resolves untapping the aqueduct you tap it for mana before the second amulet resolves, after that you can tap it again once the second amulet resolves to have UUBB because you will get to tap it twice overall that turn.""
