The combo is really just Tidal Control and Painter's Servant, but the Eon Hub gets rid of that pesky cumulative upkeep.

Anyway, choose red or green for Tidal Control, then counter any spell you don't like for only 2 mana. More than that, if you tap out, you can use 2 life instead to do the same thing.

You see, the funny thing about this is that ANY PLAYER may do this. You'd best have a Tradewind Rider or Temporal Adept or Time Elemental, something to keep them from locking you just as much as you are locking them.
