What can I say, I recently read the 300 graphic novel, and a carriage/throne that brings with it a seemingly endless army of slaves just seems reminiscent of that.
Anyway, Get the Mastery on the Carriage, then on your next upkeep, spam the Mastery ability and the Carriage's native untap ability.
Yet another entry in the series of "I can't believe this isn't in the database".
