Not amazing, but not in the system either. Su-Chi just happens to line up with the Deathmantle's mana requirements, and of course the artist capitalizes on that. Bitter Ordeal as an alternate win condition enabled by the same setup, for those pesky opponents who gain tons of life.

This of course is excellent in multiplayer. You can sap one person's life and gravestorm the other. Or sap them all, I just like the flavor of doing various things to various people. Changing up torture seems like Black's flavor.
