You might need two Priest of Gix for this to work.
Have all three cards on the battlefield and sacrifice the Priest for Recurring Nightmare to get another/same back, allowing for you to recast Recurring Nightmare, gaining you a life and allowing you to do it all over again.
I saw this on the gatherer forums so I take no credit for its discovery.
