Get the permanents out, using the Staticaster to shoot every Sprouting Phytohydra you have at once, doubling your army with each shot. Just remember too much pruning will kill a plant.
Then once you have enough plants to account for every possible blocker (or you just get tired of pruning the plants), turn the whole mass to offense with Dragonshift.
