Have Liliana's Caress and any unblockable creature both in play. Play Whispering Madness in your Main Phase then cipher it on your creature and attack.
If you or your opponent have at least 5 cards in hand you can have Liliana's Caress deal 10 + 10 damage.

I thought Deathcult Rogue was unblockable when I submitted the combo. Replace it with a dimir infiltrator, for example.

Sadly Liliana's Caress only triggers when an opponent discards cards.

Do you mean that discarding hand doesn't trigger Liliana's ability or simply that it doesn't work if opponent has no cards in hand?

If you the controller of Liliana's Caress discard cards, you are not your own opponent. Liliana's Caress does nothing if Liliana's Caress's controller discards cards. It only works if an opponent discards cards.

Oh, yes. That's a pity. But I did not expect it to do that :)

@boyachi-dont think you realize that madness has each player discard and draw, which means your opponent is discarding

The part I was focusing on was:
"If you or your opponent have at least 5 cards in hand you can have Liliana's Caress deal 10 + 10 damage."

I get that if the opponent discards five cards, they take ten damage.
If you discard 5 cards, they take no damage.
So it's the 10+10 I am getting hung up on. The only way that is happening is through multiple attacks, multiple ciphers(is that even possible for the same spell to be ciphered on the same creature?) or double strike (such as from Fireshrieker as it was reprinted in M14).
That is of course, unless I am missing something still.

You're just forgetting the initial casting of the Whispering Madness.

Thank you all for the support. Because English is not my mother language, sometimes I find it difficult to express what I mean.
@boyachi: Sorry for misunderstanding. to be more precise, the initial damage depends on the number of cards in your opponent's hand while the remaining depends on who was in possession of the greater number of cards before the first discarding, you or him.
