With darian you can spit out 1/1 solders for any damage delt to you  And souls attendant will heal all dammage (if not more depending on how many you have). Then indestructability  will protect those two creatures. Remember you only need to enchant one souls attendant to enshure your rule.POW

The problem with life gain is that life checking is a state based effect, so if the opponent deals damage from a single source or combat phase (assuming the absence of double/first strike) that is equal to or over your life total, the life total still bottoms out and the game is ended before even the creature tokens can make it onto the battlefield.

704. State-Based Actions

704.1. State-based actions are game actions that happen automatically whenever certain conditions (listed below) are met. State-based actions don’t use the stack.
704.5. The state-based actions are as follows:

704.5a If a player has 0 or less life, he or she loses the game.

704.5b If a player attempted to draw a card from a library with no cards in it since the last time state-based actions were checked, he or she loses the game.
704.5c Etc...

There are ways around that like if you have a spell like prehexian unlife. Or if you have a bunch of cards with that ability wich will increase your life.Or an instant that will stop damage to your life. But your opponant will not exactly know that you will be planing that in your deck.            BOOM!

I only bring this up due to running into the exact same problem with lifelink-type cards a few years back.

If you are going to use other cards in your combo, be sure to include them in your combo.

I can't see your deck. I can only see your combo. There was no way of anyone but you knowing for sure if you ran other life gain in your deck until you said so. In the future simply augment your combo post to say something like:
"Life gain goes great with this!" or "I run this in my life gain deck and it is highly effective!" or "This easily allows me with other life gain cards to get over a hundred life, crushing the morale of my opponent!".

MAJOR problem with the logic of that combo though. You HAVE to have enough life to survive the damage being dealt to you. If you don't, combo doesn't work. For example, if I use...I don't know...something like...Agent of Masks for example, or even to keep it more recent, Blind Obedience. I extort life from you, that isn't damage. It's loss of life. You get no 1/1 dinky soldier and you don't gain life. Follow me? Another example is my immensely evil combo with a manabarbs and a circle of affliction with the chosen color of red. I will just tap lands to kill you and you don't get a soldier and thus don't gain life. Nothing in M:TG is unstoppable. Keep that in mind before you make such a boisterous claim.
