This combo can simply work with Notion Thief and the Archivist.
With Jace's Archivist, force your opponent to discard his or her hand. You do the same.
Now, Notion Thief's ability states that your opponent must skip his or her draw and you have to draw a card for every draw he/her skips.
Result: Opponent's hand: 0 cards; You: cards doubled.

I added Jace's Erasure in order to mill your opponent deck while you are drawing yours.

With Spellbook in play you have no maximum handsize so you can double your draw every turn.

You can achieve the same effect by replacing Jace's Archivist with Whispering Madness.

I guess how it works with Teferi's Puzzle Box replacing Jace's archivist.
From the Gatherer I understand that players do normal draw before this ability is put on the stack.
Opponent's turn: He draws a card, teferi's box ability then resolves and force him to put his hand on the bottom of his library; Thanks to Notion thief he can't draw any new card and you draw in its place.
Your turn: You draw a card, then put your hand on the bottom of your library and draw that many cards.
Opponent's turn: He draws a card, then he is forced to put the card he has just drawn on the bottom of his library. (Or Is he able to play that card if it is an instant card?)

With Jace's Erasure in play, you should be able to mill all his deck without the risk of milling yours. Am I correct in my thoughts?

With the hand replacing draw of the Box, yeah, the Erasure becomes a ridiculous mill engine. Your opponent can still cast their first card drawn, if its an instant or has flash, because the box is a triggered ability that uses the stack and can be responded to. Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir will shut that out, and play nicely with his own toy.

I have all these cards in my Notion Thief deck (minus Teferi's Puzzlebox--my son is hoarding those). Also add Psychosis Crawler, Forced Fruition, any graveyard re-shuffler, Laboratory Maniac.

I also use Zombie Infestation so I can just toss my hand for a bunch of critters...

Great add, thank You! It's a while that I have the idea of building a deck like yours.
I want to thank also Terakhan for the suggestion of Teferi,Mage of Zhalfir in order to complete the lock.
