Run a Vampiric Tutor just in case, searching for Bridge from Below, but this should be enough to win

Bridge from Below only checks for creatures from the battlefield going to the graveyard, so you won't be getting a ton of tokens off that in a traditional Hermit Druid deck.
Also, in case the little clause slipped past, Anger only grants haste if you have a mountain out. Easy enough to do, but also easy to forget.
