Get the two enchantments out, then cast Forbidden Ritual, sacrificing everything you control (non-tokens that is), to the Ritual. For every card you sacrifice this way, Last Laugh will queue up a damage for every creature and player. Also for every card, your opponent can either lose two life, discard, or sacrifice a permanent themselves.
The Exquisite Blood is not essential, but makes the combo less suicidal when the laughter gets going.
