Whenever a permanent other than this enchantment is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, this enchantment deals 1 damage to each creature and each player. When no creatures are on the battlefield, sacrifice this enchantment.

Get the two enchantments out, then cast Forbidden Ritual, sacrificing everything you control (non-tokens that is), to the Ritual. For every card you sacrifice this way, Last Laugh will queue up a damage for every creature and player. Also for every card, your opponent can either lose two life, discard, or sacrifice a permanent themselves.
The Exquisite Blood is not essential, but makes the combo less suicidal when the laughter gets going.

suicidal is a good word for this lol although still hilarious
