Red can easily run a majority of burn spells, so this is beyond easy.
Have Aether Flash and Dingus Staff in play.
Each original creature destroyed by Mogg Infestation creates a goblin which is killed by Aether Flash, so that means 4 damage to the opponent for each original creature of theirs you kill. That adds up really fast.

Not quite. They still go wherever they would go if they were a normal creature. They just cease to exist once there. A token creature still dies, but since its not a card, it can't be in any zone other than the battlefield.

Also, its six damage for each creature they originally controlled. Mogg Infestation gives two goblin tokens for each destroyed creature.
