Have the Meekstone out and cast Cannibalize. Any of their tapped creatures (especially 1/1s) can get the two +1/+1 counters (making them at least 3/3s and not untap during the owner's untap phase) and exile another one of their creatures, all for three mana! For what you pay for this is better than an Unmake (the exiling Murder).
