I assume the plan is to equip the Fatestitcher with the bracers, and use it to untap the Drum and Tine, since it can't untap itself. Then the Tine to untap the Fatestitcher. But if you tap the Fatestitcher for mana at this point, the combo is done, since you can't untap it again, without untapping the Tine with it and moving back a step.

with bracers equiped to fate and evdrything untapped

1) tap drum and fate for mana
2) tap tine to untap fate
3) tap fate to untap tine and drum
4) tap tine to untap fate
5) tap fate targeting tine both times,
6) fate copy resolves untapping tine, tap tine to untap fate
7) fate orignal resolves untapping tine.
8) everything is now untap proceed to step 1
