The curse is sort of pointless with the other two going. No draw for anyone, so its not like they could cast more than one spell anyway, short of flashback spells.

ok I read the 2nd part of omen machine and I still agree with Terekhan, the curse is pointless. 
I realize I am paraphrasing Terekhan but it is the only possible way to explain. Excluding flashback, The sire and omen only let you cast 1 spell per turn, which is the spell gained from omen machine. Since you can't draw more or hold on to cards you don't have a 2nd spell to cast.  Curse only prevents the casting of a 2nd spell, it does nothing prevent the 1st.  therefore its useless
If you want to make it work you need something to affect the 1st spell, like Teferi
