Get the Phyrexian Unlife out, with the Pentad Prism holding both possible charge counters.
Then cast Channel, and pay all of your life, down to 0. Sacrifice the Pentad Prism for two white mana, and cast Reverse the Sands, swapping your life total with your opponent. For a game larger than 1v1, use Repay in Kind instead of Reverse the Sands. I just chose Reverse the Sands for presentation, since its the largest mana cost for the life swap effect, and channel makes it playable sooner.
I would say this combo could go off turn 4, without assistance other than basic lands.

or you can speed it up to turn 1
with lotus petal (use for 1 black or green, opposite of land played),forest (or swamp) (for 1 green), elvish spirit guide (for 2nd green) dark ritual (for 2 more black, total 3), channel (using all the green... pay all except 1 life for 19 colorless mana),repay in kind, initiates of the ebon hand, exsanguinate to gain all of your life back in multiplayer, possibly more... or close to all your life back in single player good for edh... if channel wasn't banned
another method for turn 1
black lotus (for 3 white) lotus petal (for 1 green) simian spirit guide (for red to use as colorless) elvish spirit guide (for 1 green)
channel, phyrexian unlife and then reverse the sands - no lands needed
