Pretty straightforward.

1) Have Mana Echoes and two Doubling Season in play
2) You should be able to cast Sprout Swarm for 3 (Convoke for 2 then Buyback for 3)
3) 2 Doubling Season puts 4 Saproling tokens to your field, Mana Echoes gives 4 mana
4) Tap 3 Saprolings and 2 mana to recast with convoke Sprout Swarm (goes back to hand)
5) Wash, Rinse Repeat steps 2 through 5 for infinite Saprolings and colorless mana

Whenever you feel you have enough mana (can there ever be enough?) maybe cast Strenth of the Tajuru to beef up all your tokens.

You don't actually need the doubling seasons, as long as you already have 3 saporlings in play you can cast sprout swarm, get 4 mana and tap the saporling you just got to cast it again, getting 5 mana this time, rinse, repeat.

3) 2 Doubling Season puts 4 Saproling tokens to your field, Mana Echoes gives 4 mana    not correct
3) 2 Doubling Season puts 4 Saproling tokens to your field, Mana Echoes gives 16 mana    each of the 4 Tokens Counts 4 creatures for mana echoes
