In addition to Necropotence you need the Eldrazi card, Near-Death Experience





Using mana boosters to get to Near-Death
Experience makes this easier. Simply bring Near-Death Experience in and
put aside "Your Life Minus 1" in cards using Necropotence. If you can
hold out for one turn using a counterspell or card to prevent  combat
damage (which I'll let you decide on) you win.

Or just use Wall of Blood.
