why would you say that? since it is a 0 cost you can play the efreets ability as much as you want. So i can play the ability 500 times even if I lose the 1st flip and efreet phases out, his ability is still on the stack 499 times so I still flip 499 times. as long as I win 10 of those 499 flips, chance will have its 10 luck counters
