Hack the Bell to what your opponent is using and Dream Tides will make those lands cost 2 mana each to untap

This Combo is useful only if your Opponent plays mono color decks. If you share the land type than you also have the disadvantage.
The better way of exploiting Kormus Bell is to make all lands swamps and then destroy/steal/bounce them or whatever.
Search this site for Kormus Bell and you'll find some pretty good combos.
