For some reason deathcult rogue and whispering madness aren't in the database

yeah memory adept is better but still a good combo. and not that it matters but there are better cypher targets like the keystone or invisible stalker

I noticed the combo when I tore my bushido/ninjitsu deck apart and made a rogue/cypher/ninjitsu deck its just to bad I can't cypher on the ninja when it attacks instead of the rogue

Leyline of Anticipation, cast the cipher spell with flash after swapping the ninja in.

Frankly, I had concidered ninjas with cipher, but doing that nails the creature to the field, otherwise you lose the cipher spell. So you can't really use ninjutsu again to put out a different ninja.
