Take out all instants and sorceries to channel your way to victory. Or use any infinite mana combo if need be.

I just use Gaea's Blessing in my deck when I run Genesis Wave. Wave right through the blessing and it auto-shuffles my graveyard back in so I get to keep all my stuff in circulation.

Gaea's Blessing wouldn't resolve until Genesis wave went off. That is what I think, for example: Hypergenesis a Grozoth, then get a bunch of nine costers to your hand, you can't Hypergenesis them into play yet, because you can't een search until the Hyper resolves. This combo would be better with Primal Surge, you wouldn't need infinite. Everybody spooges over Genesis Wave and forget about Surge.

i think people forget it because surge isn't as good since its harder to control and more build around. if you dont remove instants or sorceries first you can end up paying 10 mana just to exile another surge or giant growth without getting another permanent. in most wave decks with a 10 mana wave chances are you will hit at least 3 or 4 things. not to mention going to graveyard is better than exile for reanimate shenagians.

as for gaea's blessing your right it doesnt resolve until after the wave is done(actually doewnt go into grave until wave is done) but that is exactly when you want it to resolve, when the grave is full after the wave so everything you didn't use goes back into library. which allows you to wave your whole deck(cant hit your whole deck with surge)

yes, but with this combo, I feel surge would be just as good, considering the selective memory.

I'd run both, but most likely just one primal surge as a backup scenario. How good is white in legacy?
