Frost Titan is actually Burnished Hart. Basically:

T1- Island, Sol Ring, Voltaic Key, Burnished Hart

T2- Island, tap Sol Ring and Voltaic Key to get 3 mana, sac Burnished Hart, get two Islands tapped.

To bypass them being tapped, use Amulet of Vigor before the sac

And swing first, of course

This can be done in any color, just chose blue

T1- Island (provides u), Sol Ring (cmc of 1, provides 2 for tapping), Voltaic Key (cmc 1, activation cost 1), Burnished Hart (cmc 3, activation cost 3 and sac)

Doesn't work. Tap Island to cast Sol Ring. Tap Sol Ring for (2), cast Voltaic Key (1 left in pool), pay 1 mana left to activate Key to untap Sol Ring. No your pool is empty and you may gain 2 mana from the untapped Sol Ring.

There are some lands which enter untapped and provide more than 1 mana for tapping like Ancient Tomb ... Maybe rethink about your Combo.

Didn't look at it before I posted it. But, T2- Ancient Tomb, Guilded Lotus, Burnished Hart; T3- Island, sac Hart. 11 mana turn 3, one way or another
