Underworld Dreams is standing in for Dark Prophecy from M14.
With the combo out, cast a creature:
- Endrek Sahr gives you that creature's casting cost in thrull tokens.
- Sacrifice the thrull tokens to the altar.
- You lose 1 life and draw a card.
- You GAIN 1 life, and an opponent loses 1 life.
You cast a 5-mana creature, you keep the creature, get the mana spent to cast it back, your opponent loses 5 life, and you draw 5 cards.

my opinion, drop the dark prophecy. add a creature like cavern harpy, kor skyfisher or dream stalker. have the breeder, altar, and artist on the field.
1. hardcast the harpy or a creature with the same effect.
2. the breeder creates two thrull tokens.
3. the harpy or something returns itself to your hand.
4. sac the tokens to the altar for 2 mana of your choice.
5. the artist deals 2 damage and you gain 2 life.
6. return to step 1 with mana from thrulls. repeat infinitely
