City of Ass is actually Odric, Master Tactician. Either could be switched out with Deveri, depending on how you'd want to use it. If combo'd with sun titan, your commander always returns without worry. With Odric, however, your creatures can't be blocked if a third one is swinging, and you could give all of your creatures vigilance, or, in multiplayer edh, tap them down for a free target for your opponents. Also, notice that it bypasses command zone rules after death, which is OP in that format in my opinion.

They should have made a "Gigantic Ass" in Unhinged.
