Enchant Umbral Mantle with Power Artifact and make any creature incredibly powerful

Doesn't work. Power Artifact only lowers the activation costs of the Artifact it enchants. The Umbral Mantle only has 1 activation cost which can be paid for: "{0}: Equip ..."
The Umbral Mantle grants the {3, Untap] ability to the equipped creature; the equipped creature is not affected by Power Artifact.

Replace Paradise Mantle by Palladium Myr and enchant the Myr with Power Artifact and also Equip the Mantle to the Myr..
