Wouldn't work... For each ability to end before the next could begin you have to put the 3 cards back on top in any order. All you would do is continuously review the same cards.
Unless you mean if you already have brain freeze in hand.

The TOP is really a cool card, actually I play it within a treefolk deck with
Leaf-Crowned Elder
at the moment.
