all in play, sac memnite to altar (1 card from top of library) it goes to hand, recast memnite (1 damage)
rinse and repeat as many times as you like
put something like city of solitudes out there to deal with counter spells and stuff like that

Warstorm Surge is better than Pandemonium simply because it's one sided.

warstorm surge is more to cast, why i chose pandemonium
keep in mind it isnt infinite mana without altar of dementia or phyrexian altar
