Tap Mannichi to switch p/t on all creatures, then cast sudden spoiling.

The ruling from Mannichi's gatherer page: "Effects that switch power and toughness apply after all other effects that change power and/or toughness, regardless of which effect was created first."

So even if the spoiling drops all of their creatures to 0/2 after the switch, the switch still does its part last in the rules, resulting in all of their creatures being ability-less 2/0 corpses (barring effects that buff p/t enough to keep them alive, of course).
