pretty easy, play the axe and plate when you can and use them on your creatuers if needed/you cant play de lich. as soon as you can play the lich you do it and put a counter on a indesructible artifact (your first 5/5is in position) use tezzereths abillity to make a seccond one. use the +1 abillity in time so you get more artifacts in the game/can still make them 5/5. try to save a darksteel plate for when platinum angel enters, and you win without a doubt

Other good artifacts for Tezzeret's second ability are Vault Skirge for a 5/5 flying lifelink and Hovermyr for a 5/5 flying vigilance.
