with concordant crossroads giving your creatures haste, tap and sac the core tapper to put three charge counters on magistrate's scepter. tap the scepter to take an extra turn, and use scarecrone to bring back core tapper and repeat the process.

You can also do this in mono red by using Mass Hysteria instead of Concordant Crossroads.

Another white method would be Gift of Immortality from Theros, though you lose the haste bit. Wait until you can tap the 'tapper, throw the gift on it, tap it for 1 counter, sacrifice it for the other two, Gift of Immortality brings it back, use the scepter for the extra turn. Repeat on next turn.
