Mountain is electrickery. Just have the enchantment out and ping all of their lands while you keep yours. Easily sets each player back 2 turns if land is their only source of mana because of the creatures not having haste.

By the way, if it were izzet staticaster instead r wouldn't it keep a lock, due to the fact that everything is basically dryad arbor?

Staticaster cares about name, so if they were running different lands it would only hit one type.
